Ingredients:

• 1 – red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup – roasted Peanuts
• Tamarind piece, Blueberry size
• 3 – dry Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds + black gram
• 5 strands – Curry leaves
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil and add the dry red chillies, fry until they turns brown.
  2. Add onions, tamarind piece, red bell pepper pieces and saute until onions and red bell pepper are cooked.
  3. Keep this aside and allow it to cool.
  4. Mix the cooked onion-bell pepper mixture, roasted peanuts, salt and grind as thick, bit coarse paste.
  5. In a pan splutter mustard seeds, black gram and curry leaves.
  6. Add this tempering to the red bell pepper and peanut mixture.
