Ingredients:

• 100 gm – fish fillet
• 100 gm – chilli paste
• 5 gm – Tomato puree
• 7 ml – Lemon juice
• 5 gm – Garlic
• 2 gm – salt
• 2 gm – white pepper
• 5 gm – cumin powder
• 5 ml – Olive oil
• 1 Red Chilli
• 5 gm – Parsley
• For the sauce:
• 15 ml – Lemon juice
• 5 gm – Garlic
• 5 gm – parsley, chopped
• 10 ml – Olive oil
• 2 gm – salt

Method:

  1. Marinate the fish with chopped garlic, cumin powder, lemon juice, chilli paste, tomato paste, salt, pepper and oil.
  2. Leave it to marinate for an hour.
  3. Cook the fish on a charcoal grill for 3 mins on either side
  4. For lemon sauce: Blend all the ingredients for the sauce together.
  5. Serve hot with lemon sauce on the side.
