Ingredients:
• 100 gm – fish fillet
• 100 gm – chilli paste
• 5 gm – Tomato puree
• 7 ml – Lemon juice
• 5 gm – Garlic
• 2 gm – salt
• 2 gm – white pepper
• 5 gm – cumin powder
• 5 ml – Olive oil
• 1 Red Chilli
• 5 gm – Parsley
• For the sauce:
• 15 ml – Lemon juice
• 5 gm – Garlic
• 5 gm – parsley, chopped
• 10 ml – Olive oil
• 2 gm – salt
Method:
- Marinate the fish with chopped garlic, cumin powder, lemon juice, chilli paste, tomato paste, salt, pepper and oil.
- Leave it to marinate for an hour.
- Cook the fish on a charcoal grill for 3 mins on either side
- For lemon sauce: Blend all the ingredients for the sauce together.
- Serve hot with lemon sauce on the side.
