Ingredients:
• 800g – Meat of your choice (chicken, duck, rabbit or Desi chicken)
• 15 – Onions
• 1/2 litre – red wine
• 10 – Cloves Garlic
• 1 small stick Ginger
• 12 – Cloves
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 – Bay Leaves
• 5 – cardmom
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil, fry bay leaves, red chilli, cardmom, onion, garlic, ginger.
- Add meat, fry till brown, add salt and then red wine as per requirement of thickness of the curry.
- Keep on medium heat till meat is tender.
- Serve hot garnished with mint.
