Ingredients:

• 2 cups – yogurt, slightly sour
• 2 cups – Rice flour
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – chillies
• 1 tbsp – Jeera
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Coriander leaves
• Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients, knead like roti dough.
  2. Heat the dosa pan, divide the dough into lemon-sized balls, and place a ball on it.
  3. Press it with your hands to make a thin roti.
  4. Add oil, roast it till golden brown on both sides.
  5. Repeat for all.
