Ingredients:

• 1 cup – black Rice flour
• 1.5 cup – Sugar
• 1 tin – Coconut Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Almond essence
• 1 scoop – salted Butter

Method:

  1. Mix black rice flour, sugar, coconut milk thoroughly.
  2. Heat it in a microwave on ‘medium’ for 8 minutes.
  3. Add butter and almond essence to the mixture and heat it in the microwave for another 8 -10 minutes.
  4. Pour out this mixture on a greased plate.
  5. Let it cool and add flaked almonds.
