Ingredients:

• Brown Layer:
• Brown Chocolate – 125 grams
• Kellogg’s Rice Krispie – 75 grams
• Maple Syrup – 2 tbsp
• Butter – 4 tbsp
• White Layer:
• White Chocolate – 150 grams
• Kellogg’s Rice Krispie – 50 grams
• Maple Syrup – 1 tbsp
• Butter – 4 tbsp
• Cashew nut Bits – 25 grams (optional)
• Butter – extra for greasing.

Method:

  1. In a heat-proof bowl over simmering water, melt and mix together; brown chocolate broken into small pieces, maple syrup and butter.
  2. Remove and mix in the rice cereal.
  3. Now pack and press down the brown layer in the greased rectangular 8×6 inch tiffin box.
  4. Repeat the steps for white layer, add cashew nuts. Freeze for about 2 hours or until set.
