
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cooked Rice
• 2 – Simla green mirchi
• 1 – Simla red mirchi
• 1 – yellow mirchi
• 2 – big Onions
• 2 – boiled Potatoes
• 3 cubes – cheese
• Coriander and Mint leaves for garnishing
• Green chillies – 1 tsp
• Ginger- Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Oil -3 tbsp
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Grind green chillies, coriander, mint, half Simla mirchi, ginger garlic paste.
- Fry and cut boiled potatoes and sprinkle little salt on it. Keep aside.
- Pour 1 tsp oil in the pan and fry onions till it is half cooked. Keep aside.
- Now put butter and saute and mix the cooked rice and keep it aside.
- Pour oil, fry the remaining smile mirchi and the ground masala.
- Fry till the oil separates. Then add onion, fried potatoes and let it cook for about 1-2 mins.
- Now add the rice and salt as required and let cook for a while.
- After it is cooked, serve with grated cheese and fried onions.
