Ingredients:

• 1 cup – alphonso Mango puree
• 1 cup – low fat/fat free yogurt
• 6-8 – ice cubes
• 1 tbsp – sugar/honey (optional)
• 1 tsp – rose water

Method:

  1. Peel the skin of mango, remove the seed and chop into small pieces before throwing them into blender.
  2. Add yogurt, ice cubes, sugar, rose water and run it in the blender for a little less than a minute.
  3. Serve it cold.
