Ingredients:
• Ridge gourd 1-2
• Red Chilles 3 – 4
• Coriander seeds 2 tbps
• Tamarind small piece
• Turmeric a pinch
• Salt to taste
• Curry leaves few
• For Tadka:
• Urad Dal 1 tbsp
• Mustard 1 tbsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Coconut – 2 tsp
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except for tadka and cook with little water until the vegetable is soft. Blend in the mixer to a smooth paste with coconut (2 tbsp) using very little water.
- Give tadka with urad dal and mustard and pour over chutney.
