Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Roasted Channa
• 1 – Medium onion, cut into small pieces
• 1 – Medium tomato, cut into small pieces
• 2 or 3 – Finely cut Green chillies or according to taste
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• Some finely chopped Coriander leaves (Optional)
• Juice of half a Lemon
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, mix roasted channa with the chopped vegetables, the coriander leaves and the ghee and finally add little salt for taste.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and mix it well.
- Serve with tea or coffee.
