Ingredients
Fresh paneer ( chhena) made fm1 ltr full cream milk
Condensed milk / Milkmaid 300 gms
rose syrup 2 tbsp
Pistachios
Method
First of all grease a plate
Keep aside
Make chhena (paneer) fm full cream milk (1 ltr)
Crumble it
Take condensed milk in a heavy bottom pan on medium flame.. add crumbled paneer to it add rose syrup
Mix well and begain to cook… till it becomes a thick mass
Stirring constantly to prevent burning
When it begain to leave the sides of pan.. switch off d gas
Transfer d mix to d pre greased plate. Sprinkle pistachios /nuts
Refrigerate it for half an hour
Cut into pieces
