Ingredients:

• Sabhudana – 100 g
• Sugar – 2 cups
• Cashews – 10
• Saffron – A pinch
• Condensed Milk – 1 cup
• Milk – 1 cups
• Ghee – 3 to 4 tsps

Method:

  1. In a pan add ghee and fry the sabhudana till it starts to splutter. Fry onion on a low flame.
  2. Add milk and pressure cook till done.
  3. Add sugar to the cooked sabhudana and stir well so that there no lumps are formed.
  4. Add the condensed milk and stir well.
  5. Remove from flame and add the saffron.
  6. Add ghee on another pan and fry the cashews till golden brown.
  7. Top with fried cashews and serve.
