
Ingredients:
• Sabhudana – 100 g
• Sugar – 2 cups
• Cashews – 10
• Saffron – A pinch
• Condensed Milk – 1 cup
• Milk – 1 cups
• Ghee – 3 to 4 tsps
Method:
- In a pan add ghee and fry the sabhudana till it starts to splutter. Fry onion on a low flame.
- Add milk and pressure cook till done.
- Add sugar to the cooked sabhudana and stir well so that there no lumps are formed.
- Add the condensed milk and stir well.
- Remove from flame and add the saffron.
- Add ghee on another pan and fry the cashews till golden brown.
- Top with fried cashews and serve.
