Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Sabudana
• 3-4 tbsp – Roasted groundnut powder
• 2-3 – Green Chillies, slit vertically
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1-2 – boiled Potatoes cut into small pieces
• 1 -Lemon
• Coriander chopped finely for garnishing
• 3-4 tbsp – Oil or Ghee

Method:

  1. Wash sabudana 2-3 times with water.
  2. Soak 1 cup of sabudana for 2-3 hours in 1 cup of water. The sabudana will soak up the water.
  3. Add salt and groundnut powder. Mix well.
  4. Heat oil or ghee in karahi. When hot, add jeera then add green chillies and a little salt.
  5. Now add potatoes and fry for 1 minute.
  6. After this add sabudana and a little sugar (optional) and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle very little water and close the lid and allow it to cook for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and add a few drops of lemon juice just before serving.
