Ingredients:

• 1 cup – sabudana soaked in water for 5 to 7 hours
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs soaked in Milk
• 3 – Green chillies
• 2 – boiled Potatoes
• Salt to taste
• Oil

Method:

  1. Blend soaked sabudana, mashed boiled potatoes, chopped green chillies, bread crumbs and salt to taste.
  2. Shape into small balls.
  3. Flatten each ball and drop into hot oil to shallow fry till a deep golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
