
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – sabudana soaked in water for 5 to 7 hours
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs soaked in Milk
• 3 – Green chillies
• 2 – boiled Potatoes
• Salt to taste
• Oil
Method:
- Blend soaked sabudana, mashed boiled potatoes, chopped green chillies, bread crumbs and salt to taste.
- Shape into small balls.
- Flatten each ball and drop into hot oil to shallow fry till a deep golden brown.
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
