
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup – Sabudhana
• 1 Cup – Rice Flour
• 3/4 cup – Rava (suji)
• 3 – Green chillies
• A small bunch – Coriander leaves
• A few Curry leaves
• A pinch – Hing
• Salt
• Oil
• 1 cup – Curd
Method:
- Soak all the ingredients in curd or yogurt. (Soak it in the morning if you are planning to make it in the evening.)
- Chop green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and mix hing and salt with it.
- Add this to the soaked mixture and make it into small balls.
- Heat oil in tava and deep fry the balls. Serve with chutney.
