Ingredients:
• Sabudhana- 1 cup
• Green Chillies- 5
• Jeera- 1 tbsp
• Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
• Corainder Leaves
• Peanuts – 1 cup
• Salt
• Vegetable Oil- 3 tbsp
Method:
- Soak sabhudhana for 30 minutes. Heat the vessel put 3 spoons of oil then put jeera, cumin seeds, red chillies and coriander leaves.
- Remove the water from sabhudhana by using sieve.
- Keep the soaked sabhudhana in the vessel. Cover and cook on low flame for 15 to 20 min.
- Powder peanuts.
- Stir the sabhudhana every 5 min.
- Put the peanut powder on it and mix well.
