Ingredients:

• Sabudhana- 1 cup
• Green Chillies- 5
• Jeera- 1 tbsp
• Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
• Corainder Leaves
• Peanuts – 1 cup
• Salt
• Vegetable Oil- 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Soak sabhudhana for 30 minutes. Heat the vessel put 3 spoons of oil then put jeera, cumin seeds, red chillies and coriander leaves.
  2. Remove the water from sabhudhana by using sieve.
  3. Keep the soaked sabhudhana in the vessel. Cover and cook on low flame for 15 to 20 min.
  4. Powder peanuts.
  5. Stir the sabhudhana every 5 min.
  6. Put the peanut powder on it and mix well.
