Thick and yellow salad cream made with oil and cream
1 cup cream
1 tsp mustard powder
1 cup salad oil
3 tsp sugar, grounded
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1. Mix cream, mustard powder, sugar, salt, lemon juice, pepper powder in a bowl.
2. Beat well with a whisker for about a minute or two.
3. Add oil, a little at a time, beating or whisking continuously, until entire oil is used up.
4. Refrigerate and use as salad dressing.
