
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – boneless Chicken
• 100 g – Mustard oil
• 1/2 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – salt
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• 2 – medium sized onion, chopped finely
• Make fine paste of:
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 4-5 – Green chillies
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 4 tsp – yellow Mustard Seeds
• 1 – medium sized Tomato
Method:
- Clean, wash, drain, pat dry and marinate chicken with salt, turmeric powder, a little vinegar and keep for 1/2 an hour.
- Heat the kadai, add 50 g of oil, add the chopped onions fry till brown.
- Put the marinated chicken and fry on low flame
- Fry till the water, dries add all the masalas, cover and keep in low flame for 10 mins.
- When done add coriander leaves.
- Serve.
