Ingredients:

• 1.5 kg – Tomato
• 300 g – Green chilli
• 100 g – yellow mustard (paste)
• 1/2 litre – Mustard oil
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Dice the tomatoes and slit the green chillies.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Fry the tomatoes.
  3. After about 15 mins, add the green chillies. Add salt to taste.
  4. Let it cook till the water dries up and oil comes to the side.
  5. Add mustard paste and mix well.
  6. Serve with paratha, rice etc.
