
Ingredients:
• 1.5 kg – Tomato
• 300 g – Green chilli
• 100 g – yellow mustard (paste)
• 1/2 litre – Mustard oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Dice the tomatoes and slit the green chillies.
- Heat oil in pan. Fry the tomatoes.
- After about 15 mins, add the green chillies. Add salt to taste.
- Let it cook till the water dries up and oil comes to the side.
- Add mustard paste and mix well.
- Serve with paratha, rice etc.
