Ingredients:
• Chicken – 500 gm
• Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
• Fenugreek powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves – few sprigs
• Coriander leaves – 3 sprigs
• Peanut powder -100 gm
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Lemon – 1
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In a deep and wide non-stick pan, boil the chicken with turmeric in high flame for 5 mins.
- Now add red chilli powder, fenugreek powder, coriander powder and garam masala to it.
- Cook chicken till tender.
- Add a little water so as to get enough gravy.
- Finally add lemon juice to the curry.
- Add peanut powder and chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves keep on fire for a few mins. Serve
