Ingredients:

• Chicken – 1 kg
• Onions – 2
• Ginger – 1 piece
• Garlic – 5 flakes
• chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
• Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
• chilli sauce – 3 tsp
• Oyster sauce – 1 tsp
• Corn flour
• For marinade:
• chilli powder – 2 tbsp
• salt
• Soya sauce – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken in the marinade for an hour.
  2. Fry chicken in oil. Remove and keep aside.
  3. In the same oil, saute onions, ginger and garlic till they are soft.
  4. Add chilli powder and all the sauces to it.
  5. Fry for a few minutes till the oil comes on top.
  6. Add the fried chicken and let it cook till the chicken catches the flavour of the sauces.
  7. Add corn flour and let it thicken.
