
Ingredients:
• 300 g – water Spinach
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 3 Cloves garlic, sliced
• 20 g – small red chillies, sliced
• 50 g – shrimps, peeled
• 1 tbsp – sweet soy sauce
• 1 tsp – salted soy sauce
• 1 tsp – Oyster sauce
• 1 tsp – sesame oil
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan and saute the garlic and red chillies.
- Add the shrimps and stir for two minutes.
- Add the spinach and stir fry.
- Add the salt, pepper and the sauces.
- Sprinkle the sesame oil over it.
- Serve hot with rice.
