Ingredients:

• 300 g – water Spinach
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 3 Cloves garlic, sliced
• 20 g – small red chillies, sliced
• 50 g – shrimps, peeled
• 1 tbsp – sweet soy sauce
• 1 tsp – salted soy sauce
• 1 tsp – Oyster sauce
• 1 tsp – sesame oil
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the garlic and red chillies.
  2. Add the shrimps and stir for two minutes.
  3. Add the spinach and stir fry.
  4. Add the salt, pepper and the sauces.
  5. Sprinkle the sesame oil over it.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
