Ingredients:
• 5-6 – bread slices
• 1 big – Onion
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/4 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 – grated Carrot
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds –
• curry leaves, a few
• 2 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut bread slices into small square pieces and keep aside.
- In a non stick kadai heat oil, add mustard seeds.
- After it crackles, add curry leaves and chopped onion and saute till it becomes soft.
- Add slit green chillies, salt and add chilli powder.
- Put the bread pieces in it and saute for 3-4 mins till it gets mixed well.
- Finally, garnish with grated carrot and coriander leaves.
