Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• 1/2 cup – Grated Carrots
• 5 sprigs – Parsley leaves (chopped)
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour
• 3 tbsp – Water
• Pepper powder
• Salt

Method:

  1. Beat the eggs well with corn flour, water, pepper powder and salt.
  2. Add the grated carrots and chopped parsley leaves and mix well.
  3. Heat a few drops of oil, pour a small quantity of the pancake batter and cook well on both sides.
