
Ingredients:
• 8 slices – sandwich bread
• 4 slices Ham
• 4 tsp – Butter
• 2 medium size Onions
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – chopped celery/coriander leaves
• 2 tsp – mayonnaise
• 1 tsp – mustard paste
Method:
- Butter the bread on one side only. Chop ham into fine pieces.
- Add chopped celery, pepper powder, onions, mayonnaise and mustard.
- Mix well then spread on 4 slices.
- Cover with the remaining buttered slices.
- Cut away the edges.
- Slice diagonally.
- Arrange on a plate and serve.
