Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Pork chop, flattened
• 3 large – onions, sliced finely
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• salt
• 2 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 2 sticks – Cinnamon
• 4 – Cloves
• 2 – Cardamoms
• 1 tsp – Cumins powder
• 2 – red chillies, broken into bits
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar

Method:

  1. Boil the pork chops in a little water till they are tender.
  2. Strain the stock and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, red chillies, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom lightly.
  4. Add the garlic paste and saute for about 5 mins on medium heat.
  5. Add the chilli powder, cumin, turmeric powder, salt and the pork along with vinegar. Cook on medium heat till the chops turn brown in colour and semi dry.
  6. Serve it with bread or rice.
