Ingredients:

• 2 cups – left over Rice
• 1 cup – chopped Palak
• 1 cup – chopped, unpeeled Potato
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 1 tbsp – sesame
• Garam Masala
• oil for frying
• salt

Method:

  1. Grind cooked rice in a food processor along with curd.
  2. Grind coarsely. Shift in a bowl.
  3. Add chopped palak and vegetables along with sesame, salt, and garam masala.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  5. Make medium-sized pakoras. Serve with green chutney.
