Ingredients:
• 2 cups – left over Rice
• 1 cup – chopped Palak
• 1 cup – chopped, unpeeled Potato
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 1 tbsp – sesame
• Garam Masala
• oil for frying
• salt
Method:
- Grind cooked rice in a food processor along with curd.
- Grind coarsely. Shift in a bowl.
- Add chopped palak and vegetables along with sesame, salt, and garam masala.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Make medium-sized pakoras. Serve with green chutney.
