
Ingredients:
• 1 lb – bulk Pork sausage
• 1 tbsp – fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tbsp – onion, grated
• 1/4 tsp – ground Cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp – ground Nutmeg
• 4 – eggs, hard-boiled
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
Method:
- Combine sausage, parsley, onion, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Divide sausage mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties.
- Place one egg on top of each patty, shaping the sausage mixture around the egg, till it is completely covered.
- Roll each sausage covered egg in breadcrumbs.
- Bake in a oven, preheated to 350 degree F for 15-20 mins, until golden brown.
