
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Butter
• 250 gm – Refined flour or Maida
• 250 g – Sugar (powdered)
• 5 – eggs, beaten well
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 1 tsp – cake seeds
Method:
- Sift the flour and baking powder together.
- Cream the butter and sugar well.
- Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
- Slowly add the flour and fold in the mixture.
- Add cake seeds and mix well.
- Pour into a buttered and floured cake tin
- And bake for 40-45 mins in a hot oven.
