Ingredients:
• 4 slices – bread
• 1 – small Carrot
• 1 – small Onion
• 1 – small Capsicum
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves finely chopped
• 4 – boiled Potatoes
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Chilli powder to taste
• Sesame seeds to garnish
Method:
- Mash boiled potatoes.
- Add all grated and chopped vegetables, lemon juice, garlic paste, salt and chilli powder to the mash. Mix it well.
- Take a slice of bread and apply the paste on one side.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Shallow fry bread slice in butter or oil till it turns light brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
