Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Cream cheese
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 2 tbsp – water
• 1/2 cup – mayonnaise
• 1 – spring onion, chopped finely
• 1/2 tsp – Onion powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1 cup – cooked shrimps, chopped
• 1 – envelop gelatine
• 1 – Parsley stalk, chopped finely
Method:
- Mix the tomato puree and cream cheese.
- Heat the mixture on low flame till it mixes well.
- Remove it from the fire. Mix gelatine with water and add it to the tomato puree and cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Add rest of the ingredients to the mixture.
- Put it in a bowl. Let it set for 3-4 hours.
- Spread on toasted breads and serve.
