
Ingredients:
• Shrimp – 1 lb
• Beans – few
• Pumpkin – 1/2 lb
• Carrot – 4
• Potato – 1
• Zucchini – 4
• Broccoli – 3
• Cabbage – 1/2
• Onion – 2
• Oil
• For masala:
• Panchphoran – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• salt and a little bit of Sugar to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed skillet and put all the masalas.
- Fry chopped onions with the masala until golden brown and add the cleaned shrimps.
- Put all the vegetables, salt, sugar, and fry for about five minutes.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and set the flame to low and remove from fire when done.
- Serve.
