Ingredients:
• 2 – Potatoes.
• 1 cup – Curd.
• 1 tsp – White pepper powder.
• 1 tsp – Chopped coriander leaves.
• a pinch -Asafoetida.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Boil the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
- Mix the potatoes with curd, asafoetida, pepper powder and salt.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
