
Ingredients:
• 4 – bread slices
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1 small – tomato, de-seeded
• Salt and pepper as per taste
• 1/4 to 1/2 tsp – dried Oregano
• Mozzarella cheese – grated
• 1/2 cup – Pasta sauce/Tomato sauce
• 1/4 tsp – Olive oil
Method:
- Finely chop the vegetables and mix them together with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Apply pasta sauce or tomato sauce on each bread slice.
- Top with veggies and grated cheese.
- Grease a pan and place the bread slices on it carefully.
- Cover and cook on low heat till cheese melts.
