Ingredients:

• 4 – bread slices
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1 small – tomato, de-seeded
• Salt and pepper as per taste
• 1/4 to 1/2 tsp – dried Oregano
• Mozzarella cheese – grated
• 1/2 cup – Pasta sauce/Tomato sauce
• 1/4 tsp – Olive oil

Method:

  1. Finely chop the vegetables and mix them together with salt, pepper and oregano.
  2. Apply pasta sauce or tomato sauce on each bread slice.
  3. Top with veggies and grated cheese.
  4. Grease a pan and place the bread slices on it carefully.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat till cheese melts.
