Ingredients:
• 1- Large Broccoli (just the florets, cut into 25-30 pieces)
• 1- Small onion, finely chopped
• 2-3 Green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 tsp- Jeera
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup- Besan
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients by adding water (make sure it is not too soggy. The mixture does not have to be immersed in besan completely).
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the florets until crisp.
- Serve them hot with ketchup or Maggi hot and sweet sauce.
