Ingredients:

• Coriander leaves, dry – 1 tbsp
• Channa dal – 1 tbsp
• Urad Dal – 1/2 tbsp
• Red Chillies – 5 flakes
• Capsicum – 3
• Oil
• Rice – 2 cups

Method:

  1. Fry the ingredients and grind to a powder.
  2. Cut the capsicum into small pieces and fry it with salt.
  3. Add the powder to the capsicum and saute till the capsicum turns soft.
  4. Do not fry it for too long.
  5. Add the cooked rice to it and mix it well. Add salt if needed.
  6. Garnish it with coriander and cashews.
