Ingredients:

• 1 – big cauliflower, cut into pieces
• 4 – Garlic
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – Dhania powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• Soya sauce
• White Cumin seeds
• Mustard Seeds
• Green chillies
• salt to taste
• Turmeric powder
• Garam Masala

Method:

  1. Fry the cauliflower.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, when it sizzles.
  3. Add cardamom and elaichi.
  4. Add garlic, and ginger paste.
  5. Stir it till garlic turns light brown.
  6. Add cauliflower.
  7. Add tomatoes and then add salt and turmeric, dhania powder and jeera powder.
  8. Stir it well and add a little bit of soya sauce.
  9. Stir it and add little water, cover the pan and let it get cooked.
  10. Let the water dry out.
  11. Serve hot with rotis.
