
Ingredients:
• 3 – Onions
• 1 – small piece of Ginger
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 6 – Black Peppercorns
• 2 cups – Chicken stock
• 2 tbsp – Milk
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat the stock in a pan.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, black peppercorn, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
- Mix corn flour in milk and add to the stock. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add salt.
- Serve hot in soup bowls.
