
Ingredients:
• 500g – finely crushed Marie biscuits
• 1 tin – milkmaid
• 200g – Butter
• 4 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 1 cup – chopped Walnut
• 100g – Coconut powder
• 50 g – Sugar
• 2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup – chopped Cherries
Method:
- Mix together the coconut powder and sugar. Keep aside.
- Melt the butter in a thick bottom pan. Take off from heat.
- Add cocoa powder and stir well.
- Add Marie biscuits, milkmaid, nuts, vanilla essence, cherries, and mix well.
- Make small balls out of it and roll it over coconut-sugar mixture. Chill it in the refrigerator for 15 mins. Serve.
