Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Wheat flour
• 3-4 tbsp – Oil
• Water for mixing
• Salt as per taste
• 2 Medium cups – grated Cauliflower
• Green chillies – 1 or 2 (finely chopped)
• 1/2 inch – Ginger (finely chopped)
• 2 tsp – Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Oregano (Ajwain)
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix wheat flour with a little extra salt, oil and water. Knead well.
- Make a dough and keep aside.
- Mix grated cauliflower with green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, ajwain and chilli powder as a filling in paratha.
- Make medium size chapatti balls from the dough and stuff with filling. Roll out in to parathas.
- Fry the parathas on both the sides till golden brown.
- Serve hot with curd, green chutney or ketchup.
