Ingredients:

• 4 cups – Wheat flour
• 3-4 tbsp – Oil
• Water for mixing
• Salt as per taste
• 2 Medium cups – grated Cauliflower
• Green chillies – 1 or 2 (finely chopped)
• 1/2 inch – Ginger (finely chopped)
• 2 tsp – Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Oregano (Ajwain)
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix wheat flour with a little extra salt, oil and water. Knead well.
  2. Make a dough and keep aside.
  3. Mix grated cauliflower with green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, ajwain and chilli powder as a filling in paratha.
  4. Make medium size chapatti balls from the dough and stuff with filling. Roll out in to parathas.
  5. Fry the parathas on both the sides till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with curd, green chutney or ketchup.
