Ingredients:
• 2 packets – noodles
• 500 g – Boneless Chicken
• 4 -Onions- grated
• 9-10 tsp – Dark soya sauce
• 7-8 tsp – Chilli sauce
• 4 tsp – Corn flour
• 4 – Tomatoes, grated
• 1 – Capsicum, grated
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• Oil for cooking
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cook noodles with some salt in sufficient water.
- Drain the water and keep the noodles aside.
- Chop chicken into small pieces and boil in water for 10 minutes till they soften.
- Drain water and keep the chicken aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, tomatoes and capsicum.
- Add the garlic paste.
- Saute until raw smell goes and cook until the vegetables soften.
- Add the chilli sauce, tomato sauce, ajinomoto (monosodium glucamate ) to it.
- Now add the dark soya sauce to the mixture.
- Now prepare a mixture of corn flour and water and add to the mixture.
- Cook for 5 minutes until the gravy thickens
