Ingredients:

• 2 packets – noodles
• 500 g – Boneless Chicken
• 4 -Onions- grated
• 9-10 tsp – Dark soya sauce
• 7-8 tsp – Chilli sauce
• 4 tsp – Corn flour
• 4 – Tomatoes, grated
• 1 – Capsicum, grated
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• Oil for cooking
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cook noodles with some salt in sufficient water.
  2. Drain the water and keep the noodles aside.
  3. Chop chicken into small pieces and boil in water for 10 minutes till they soften.
  4. Drain water and keep the chicken aside.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, tomatoes and capsicum.
  6. Add the garlic paste.
  7. Saute until raw smell goes and cook until the vegetables soften.
  8. Add the chilli sauce, tomato sauce, ajinomoto (monosodium glucamate ) to it.
  9. Now add the dark soya sauce to the mixture.
  10. Now prepare a mixture of corn flour and water and add to the mixture.
  11. Cook for 5 minutes until the gravy thickens
