
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Paneer
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• oil
• 2 – large Onions (chopped)
• 2 – Tomatoes (chopped) Grind to a paste:
• 1 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 8 – peppercorns
• 3 – red kashmiri chillies
• 1 1″ piece – Ginger
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Poppy Seeds
Method:
- Cut the paneer into 2 inch cubes and deep fry. Keep aside.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onions till dark brown then add the ground masala paste and fry for a few minutes.
- Add the tomatoes. Add 2 cups of water and simmer for 15 mins.
- Add the fried paneer and simmer for a few minutes more.
- Sprinkle with coriander leaves before serving.
