Ingredients:

• 12 – long Green chilli
• 1/4 kg – besan
• 1 tsp – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – ajwain
• 100 g – til
• 1/2 – Tamarind size of a Lemon
• oil to fry
• salt
• Onions
• Lemon
• coriander
• 1 pinch – cooking soda

Method:

  1. First slit the chillies in the centre so that you can stuff the mixture.
  2. Grind ajwain, til, tamarind-size of 1/2 a lemon and salt, without water.
  3. For Batter:
  4. Mix besan and rice flour with water and salt and add a pinch of cooking soda to this.
  5. Now stuff chilli with the powder and dip it in the batter and fry it till golden brown.
  6. Again cut the chillies in centre and stuff chopped onions and squeeze lemon on it and sprinkle a little coriander.
