Ingredients:
• 12 – long Green chilli
• 1/4 kg – besan
• 1 tsp – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – ajwain
• 100 g – til
• 1/2 – Tamarind size of a Lemon
• oil to fry
• salt
• Onions
• Lemon
• coriander
• 1 pinch – cooking soda
Method:
- First slit the chillies in the centre so that you can stuff the mixture.
- Grind ajwain, til, tamarind-size of 1/2 a lemon and salt, without water.
- For Batter:
- Mix besan and rice flour with water and salt and add a pinch of cooking soda to this.
- Now stuff chilli with the powder and dip it in the batter and fry it till golden brown.
- Again cut the chillies in centre and stuff chopped onions and squeeze lemon on it and sprinkle a little coriander.
