
Ingredients:
• white pumpkin – 1/4
• Tur dal – 4 tbsp
• Channa dal – 2 tbsp
• Urad Dal – 2 tbsp
• Methi seeds – 1/4 tsp
• Hing
• Green chilli – 5-6
• Coconut (grated) – 1 cup
• Coriander – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Jeera – 1 tsp
• Curd – 2 cups
Method:
- Cook the pumpkin with salt and turmeric powder.
- Soak the tur and channa dal for 2 hours.
- In 1 tsp of oil, fry the urad dal, methi seeds, hing and chillies.
- Add the soaked dal and remove from the flame. When it cools down, add coconut, jeera, turmeric, coriander and grind to a fine paste.
- Add the curd and beat once so that it mixes with the masala.
- Season mustard seeds and curry leaves in 1 tsp of coconut oil and add.
- Serve hot with rice.
