Ingredients:

• 10-15 – button Mushroom
• 1 – Onion
• A small sized Capsicum
• Butter or Olive oil
• salt
• pepper

Method:

  1. Wash and chop the mushrooms, onion and capsicum.
  2. Heat butter or olive oil in a pan.
  3. Add the chopped onions and fry them until they turn translucent.
  4. Add the mushrooms and capsicum, saute it well.
  5. Add 2 cups of water. Close the pan and allow it to cook.
  6. When the mushrooms get cooked, turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
  7. Strain the water and grind them in the blender and filter it (by using the same water we have strained).
  8. Add this filtered puree in the pan, along with salt and stir it gently.
  9. When it starts to boil, turn off the flame.
  10. Sprinkle some pepper and serve it hot.
  11. You can chop two mushrooms finely. Saute them in butter and finally add them in soup while serving.
  12. If you want, you can also add a cup of milk at the final stage. You can serve with grated cheese for children.
