Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken cut into small pieces
• 4 – Onions
• 4 – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 2 tsp – chopped, Garlic
• 1 tsp – Mint
Method:
- Add all the above ingredients in a saucepan with water and boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer on low flame till the chicken is soft and tender and the soup thickens.
- Serve with steamed rice or roti.
