Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken cut into small pieces
• 4 – Onions
• 4 – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 2 tsp – chopped, Garlic
• 1 tsp – Mint

Method:

  1. Add all the above ingredients in a saucepan with water and boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer on low flame till the chicken is soft and tender and the soup thickens.
  3. Serve with steamed rice or roti.
