Ingredients:

• Sweet Pineapple – 1 small tin, cut into small pieces.
• Cream – 250 g.
• Pineapple syrup – 4 tbsp.
• Gelatine – 1 tbsp.
• Sugar – 6 tbsp.
• Water – 1/4 cup.

Method:

  1. In 1/4 cup of warm water, mix gelatine and stir till the gelatine is dissolved.
  2. Heat 1/2 of pineapple syrup and sugar. When sugar is dissolved, mix gelatine and remove from stove immediately.
  3. Cool and freeze.
  4. When half-set, grind it into a smooth paste.
  5. Pour in a serving bowl, add cream, pineapple pieces, remaining syrup, mix well and freeze.
  6. After it has set, keep it in the fridge.
  7. Serve chilled.
