Ingredients:

• 1 whole chunk – Pork
• 3 large – peeled Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 tsp – pepper
• salt

Method:

  1. Wash the chunk of pork and make deep cuts on it.
  2. Rub it well all over with salt, pepper and vinegar.
  3. Place it in a big pan or pressure cooker and fry it for some time till it is slightly brown in colour across all sides.
  4. Add potatoes, sufficient water and cook till the meat is tender.
  5. Continue roasting till the meat is brown in colour and the potatoes are roasted well.
  6. Serve it with bread.
