Method:
- In a pan heat a little oil and saute the garlic and onion.
- Simmer until translucent.
- Now add the chopped potatoes and cook till a little tender.
- Add okra and saute for 5-6 minutes.
- Now add salt and spices. Mix well.
- Cook for 5 minutes till all spices are mixed with okra and potatoes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with chapatti.
