Ingredients:
• 1 cup – besan
• 1 cup -ghee
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 cup – Milk
• 2 cups – Sugar
Method:
- Heat a little ghee in a pan and fry the besan for 5 mins.
- In the same pan, fry coconut till it turns light brown.
- In a separate pan, add sugar and milk. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Now add the fried besan and coconut and stir well till it thickens.
- Grease a plate and pour the mixture into it.
- Cool, cut into squares and serve.
